Heats: Our product matrix includes PTC water heaters, PTC air heaters, thick-film heaters, and integrated compressor/thick-film heater units. These are compatible with various new energy vehicle models, including pure electric, hybrid, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, meeting the dual needs of battery thermal management and cabin air conditioning heating. Among them, the newly iterated thick-film heater and integrated two-in-one heater have attracted significant attention due to their high energy efficiency, precise temperature control, and high integration.
battery thermal management system: As a core component of the thermal management system for new energy vehicles, onboard
battery thermal management system ensure stable and constant temperature operation of the battery pack. Customizable products with different dimensions and power ranges from 3KW to 15KW are available to meet the personalized R&D and mass production needs of different vehicle models.
Cooling Plates: We offer a full range of products, including liquid-cooled plates, direct-cooled plates, and zone-controlled cooling plates. Primarily used in new energy vehicle battery systems, these plates precisely regulate battery operating temperature through liquid circulation heat exchange, improving product safety and lifespan.
Thermal Management Integrated Module: The thermal management integrated module integrates battery temperature control, passenger compartment air conditioning, and electric drive system cooling functions, achieving efficient heat distribution and waste heat recovery. The module includes core components such as plate heat exchangers, electronic expansion valves, multi-way valves, electronic water pumps, and sensors.
Pipelining: KUS offers pipeline products including motor & battery liquid cooling pipes, air conditioning aluminum pipes, and rubber hoses, fully adaptable to power battery thermal management, motor and electronic control system cooling, and passenger compartment environmental control systems, meeting cooling, heating, and heat exchange needs.
